About WCLRF:
Women & Children Legal Research Foundation (WCLRF) was established in March 2003. WCLRF is focused in the area of research, advocacy and raising awareness with the aim of reducing violence against women and improving their skills and knowledge for equal social and political participation both at local and national levels.
So far WCLRF’s activities are covering provinces of Kabul, Parwan, Balkh, Badakhshan, Herat, Kandahar and Nangarhar both urban and rural area and planning to expand its presence in other provinces of the country. WCLRF has its main office in Kabul and have 2 sub offices in Balkh and Nangarhar.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Preparing and maintaining proper payments voucher for all transactions and preparation of monthly financial reports for main office and provinces to compile and consolidate the data for monthly financial reporting.
 Preparing monthly staff payroll, salary sheet, and other related document for staff salary.
 Assisting in monitoring the cash flows of the activities and the office
 Preparing and ensuring proper documentation of all costs and expenses incurred in the course of running of the projects.
 Maintaining financial transaction in QuickBooks based on accounting standard
 Prepare budget for all projects of WCLRF, monitor and control project expense according to budget line
 Prepare donor reports and communicate with deferent donors
 Facilitate and interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
 Managing tax calculation and tax payment to the government and communicating with MoF
 Preparing financial report to Ministry of Economy
 Preparing annual tax return form to Ministry of Finance
 Requesting cash for monthly expenses
 Withdrawing cash from bank and converting USD/EURO to AFN
 Providing bank statement and preparing bank reconciliation statement
 Reconciling vouchers with the system
 Managing petty cash
 Counting cash on daily basis.
Education and experience:
At least Bachelor of (BBA)
At least 3 years’ work experience in finance and administration.

Language requirements:
 Professional fluency in Dari and/ or Pashto (written and oral)
 Fluency in English
